Our approach

The process – what happens next?

At the start of our financial advice process, our advisers will conduct a thorough fact find to get to know you and your life goals. Your adviser will then put together a detailed financial plan and develop personalised recommendations for you which will include those products most suitable for your needs.

Everything in the recommendations will be explained in plain English, including our charges. You’re also welcome to invite a trusted friend or family member into the discussion should you wish for your own peace of mind.

How much does our advice cost?

Our charging structure is based on the level of service you require. Once we’ve assessed your current circumstances and objectives, we’ll fully explain the basis of our charges before any chargeable work is carried out. Fees may be subject to VAT but we’ll advise you whether or not this is the case.

What this means for you

You can rest assured that the advice you receive will be tailored to your specific requirements and will include:

  • Expert advice on your individual needs, including access to a range of investment, protection and pension products as necessary to meet those needs.
  • Agreeing with your adviser the frequency of meetings, as well as the type of information, reports, valuations, policy updates and market intelligence you require.
  • Access to WRAP platforms and asset allocation tools designed to ensure products perfectly match your approach to risk.
  • A service agreement provided at the outset to include details of the service you’ll receive and our cost structure.
